The German Club is meeting on Tuesday 12/3 directly after school in Ms. Weeks' room. We will make our own cookies, and Christmas decorations/cards. Please join us for some German Christmas joy.

Sign up to take the ASVAB. You don't have to join the Military to do so. If you score a 31, then you qualify as Career Ready. See Ms. Dorman in Guidance if you have questions.


Do you like food? Come and join the AAPI Club as we celebrate Thanksgiving with a mini breakfast potluck on November 21st at 7:45 AM. Bring your favorite snacks or light dishes to share and hang out! Everyone is welcome to join!

Hornet of the Month - Congratulations to these 9 students who were chosen by their teachers for exhibiting the Cambridge attribute of Responsibility! Your voice, your choice! On Wednesday, our students sampled entrees as part of a Chartwells Student Choice event. The winner? Bok Choy – Asian Inspired Cuisine full of tasty dishes inspired from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Korean food cultures. Beginning on Monday, November 25th, a variety of Bok Choy menu items will be available to all Aiken High students at no cost.

Submit baby photos of your senior to be a part of a new feature in the yearbook called "Guess that Senior." Submissions can be emailed directly to hornetyearbook@acpsd.net or submitted to the Google form in the QR code in this flyer.


Senior Breakfast is November 22nd. If you would like to attend the catered event, please bring $10 to Dr. Hostetler by November 20th.
On November 26th during all lunches the Senior Class will be selling Ice Cream Sundaes. The cost will be $5.00.

The PTSO will now meet at 5:30pm on Tuesday, November 12th in the Media Center. The time change will allow us to support the AHS Volleyball Team in the Lower State Championship.
