FALL INTERSESSION LEGO WARS CAMP | GRADES 6-8
During Fall Intersession, the week of September 29-October 2, a limited number of spots are available for this year’s Fine Arts Camp, Lego Wars, for students in grades 6-8.
Lego Wars will be held at Highland Springs Middle School Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Students will dive into creativity, the engineering design process, and project design while developing architectural skills to build strong LEGO® structures. This year’s session includes a new team challenge that will push students to think more creatively, collaborate effectively, and apply their engineering skills in exciting new ways.
Registration opens Monday, September 8, at 6 p.m. for ACPSD middle school students and is offered on a first come-first served basis. Please note that due to space limitations, only the first 50 ACPSD students to apply will be accepted. Once the application window opens, parents/guardians can apply by scanning the QR Code or completing the Lego Wars Form.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of camp, however students’ families will be responsible for their own transportation to Highland Springs Middle.

Tickets will be sold Sept 17-19 during lunch for $5 for students to participate.
Mon. - Fancy Dress/90s attire (It's also school picture day)
Tue. - Hat Day
Wed. - Blue Out /Bull Pups Day
Thur. - Generations: 6th grade - babies, 7th grade - parents, 8th grade - grandparents
Fri. - Pajama Day
Please note that ACPSD dress code still applies to spirit week attire/costumes.

2025 Bullpups Football Schedule!! All games start at 6:00pm
Student badges are required for all middle school students in our district. Replacement badges will cost $5.00, and temporary badges for a day will cost $1.00. Student accounts will be billed for these charges. Please help your child find his/her badge prior to Tuesday.

Our very first Career Café kicked off this week with our amazing school nurse, who shared a behind-the-scenes look into the world of healthcare while enjoying a meal with our students. 🩺💉 Students got to ask questions, hear real stories, and see how science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) connect directly to careers that make a difference every single day.
💡 This is just the beginning! Career Cafés will continue throughout the year, spotlighting professionals from a variety of fields. Each session is designed to open doors of possibility and show our students how their learning today connects to their future tomorrow.
We’re thrilled to watch our students dream big, ask bold questions, and see themselves in the exciting careers of the 21st century! 🚀
