Aiken High School prepares students to become productive members of an increasingly interdependent and technological world by offering up-to-date and challenging academic and technical programs and by emphasizing the positive values of character, citizenship, and humanity.
Pardon Our Growth!!
Beginning Monday, June 6th, access to the front of Aiken High will be blocked for construction. Entrance to the buildings MUST be through the F-wing area at the rear of the school. The driveway runs between the back of Aiken High and the school bus lot; it is accessed from Dupont Street or Teague Street. This change will stay in effect until August 9th. Please excuse us as we continue to build a beautiful new Aiken High. Thank you!
WELCOME TO AIKEN HIGH SCHOOL! HOME OF THE FIGHTING GREEN HORNETS! Aiken High faculty and staff welcome any and all students. We are eager to give you our best. Be sure to bring your enthusiasm, your willingness to grow and learn, and your smile.

Host an Exchange Student
You can do something important and wonderful for a young person by hosting an exchange student! Contact Art Lader at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are willing to host an exchange student, know someone who might be, or would like more information. It would be a year-long adventure and the goal is to place two students in Aiken County. If no host families are found, the students have to stay home and miss the experience of a lifetime. Learn more HERE.
