The Varsity Girls game against Westminster scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
Our adjusted schedule for this evening is as follows:
- JV Girls – 5:00 PM
- JV Boys – 6:00 PM
- Varsity Boys – 7:30 PM

Student Government will be selling Chick-Fil-A biscuits on Thursday morning, December 18th. Biscuits will be $5.00 and will be sold by the auditorium entrance. Biscuits are first come, first served!

Student Government has organized another door decorating contest for the Holiday Season! Students will decorate with their 2nd Block class, starting tomorrow, 12/8. Teachers who do not have a 2nd Block class are welcome to join another class to help decorate!

Admin will judge decorated doors on Thursday, December 11th. The class who wins will receive Chick Fil A biscuits on Friday, December 12th! Let's deck the halls (or doors) of Silver Bluff High School!

Come out to Silver Bluff tomorrow and cheer on our basketball teams as they take on Gilbert High School. Girls play at 6:00 PM and Boys play at 7:30 PM.

Save the Date! Silver Bluff's Prom will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Big Red Barn. 11th and 12th graders will be able to purchase tickets January-April. More information will be shared after we return from the holiday break.

Our students are posing with our Tree of Thankfulness. Beta Club asked students and faculty to write notes of gratitude to someone within the school and posted the notes for all to appreciate!

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve Aiken County families and wish each of you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Please note that there will be no school for students, teachers, and most staff the week of November 24–28.

Additionally, all schools and offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from Wednesday, November 26 through Friday, November 28. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when we reopen on Monday, December 1.

A reminder that the Kickball Tournament is this Friday, November 21st at 2:45 PM. If you have picked up a permission form and plan on playing, all permission forms must be turned in to Mrs. Robinson in Room 121 by TOMORROW!

A huge thank you goes out to Mrs. Dandridge and her Key Club, Chef West and his culinary students, and Jim Broome for providing a delicious Thanksgiving luncheon for our faculty and staff and SBHS retirees. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and lots of good eating!

Key Club will be hosting a Shepeard Community Blood Drive on Friday, December 12 from 9 AM - 3 PM. Breakfast will be provided for morning donors and all donors will receive a free sweatshirt! Please scan the QR Code on the attached flyer to fill out your Quickpass the day of your donation. Photo ID is required. Come out and donate and save three local lives!

Come out to the Bluff tonight at 6:00 as our Lady Bulldogs take on the Blackville-Hilda Hawks for a basketball scrimmage!

As a reminder: Retired SBHS faculty and staff are cordially invited to the annual Silver Bluff Thanksgiving lunch provided by Key Club. Please join us Tuesday, November 18th at 11:30 in the library for delicious food, fellowship, and precious memories. We hope to see you there!
