📢 Learning History Hands-On at North Augusta Elementary! 🏚️📚
Mrs. Kelly Moore’s fifth-grade students at North Augusta Elementary took a creative and immersive approach to learning about the Great Depression! Using cardboard and basic materials, they designed and built their own Hooverville towns, bringing history to life in a powerful and meaningful way.
This hands-on project helped students understand the challenges faced by many Americans during this era while fostering teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity. Their incredible models serve as a reminder of resilience and perseverance during tough times.
