Child’s official birth certificate
SC Certificate of Immunizations (shot record)
Proof of Medicaid or proof of income (W-2, current pay stubs, or tax returns for all working household members)
Two (2) proofs of residency (must be in the parent/guardian’s name)

Don't forget that the Color Run is happening tonight! According to the forecast, the rain is expected to stop early this afternoon, and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
Please join us to toss color, run or walk with the students, and enjoy the festivities. You may even see some former students, as we have volunteers coming from the middle and high schools.
If your child needs volunteer hours for BETA Club, please have them see me so I can sign off on their hours.
