The Seamless Summer Meal Program returns for Summer 2025! The ACPSD Child Nutrition Program will be offering nutritious meals at no cost for children aged 18 and under, as well as for individuals with disabilities up to age 21. Meals will be served Monday through Thursday from June 2 to June 26, 2025.

We understand that this time of year is very busy with various activities and other things going on , so we have decided to cancel our New Student Orientation planned for next Tuesday, May 13th. We will look at any possibilities to reschedule in the future and share any updates.
Aiken High School’s Educators Rising would like to invite you and your children to enjoy “A Royal Family Ball” in the Aiken High School cafeteria. This event is for families with young children to experience a “prom-like” event, where they get to dress up in fancy clothes, dance to fun music, eat delicious snacks, make crowns, decorate “chalices,” enjoy other activities, and take pictures of the memories!
Tickets are available on GoFan.com see the link below and QR Code in the picture. Costs are $5.00 for each child ages 3-years-old to 12-years-old (children 2 + under are free). All children must be accompanied by an adult family member (18-years-old and up). Costs for adult tickets are $10.00.

Please be aware of our state testing schedule. All 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will be testing in May, and it is important that they are present and on time these days. Please try to avoid making medical appointments or other things during this time, so that students are here and ready to test! Help them get to bed on time and have a good breakfast (or be here for breakfast at school until 7:30!), so that they are set up for a great day and show everything they've learned this year! March Counselor's Corner Newsletter
Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 5, there is a threat of severe weather with wind gusts in the morning forecasted to exceed 40 mph. This wind speed exceeds the threshold allowed for school buses to be on roadways. This wind event will result in a need to shift to e-learning tomorrow.
Employees should plan to report to their work location on a two-hour delayed start, with no building or office opening before 10 a.m.
Afterschool extracurricular practices, games, and events will continue tomorrow as scheduled. There will be no QuestZone tomorrow.
We apologize for the challenges that this will cause our families and appreciate your continued cooperation and support!
Parents! You are invited to "Donuts with Grown-Ups" on March 25-27th. Please come enjoy sweet time and breakfast with your children before the busy school and work day!
We have some exciting news as we begin preparations for the 25-26 school year! We are taking entries from students to design our student agendas for next year. This is open to all students, and we will have two winners. One from grades K-2 and one from 3rd-5th. Students may pick up a form from the job wall at school or do it on their own standard sheet of white paper. It must include their full name at the bottom or on back. And it MUST incorporate The 7 Habits and/or be Leader in Me related.
Entries are due Friday, March 21st.
