And as always, a huge thank you goes to Mrs. Burrell for arranging these fun lunches!

Goodness! We were busy and had a lot going on last week. Thank you to the New Ellenton Fire Department for coming out to teach our students the importance of fire safety. Please talk to your children about what to do in case of a fire and always have a safety plan in place.

Also, last week, we had so much fun dressing up and taking a stand against bullying during our bully prevention spirit week.

Oops! We forgot to share last Friday's spooky cauldron winners! Mrs. Brinson's 2nd graders brought in the most items for the 3rd week of our Spooky to Be Hungry competition. This week is our last week. Sincee we do not have school on Friday, please send all items in on Thursday. Who will the winners be?!?🎃👻

This past week was Bully Prevention Week (pictures coming this afternoon) AND next week is Red Ribbon Week. Join us in some more fun-filled spirit days as we pledge to be drug free!

Congratulations to Mrs. Hall's 2nd grade class! They brought in 324 items for Spooky to be Hungry, making them this week's spooky cauldron winners! Great job!!! Who will win next week?!?

Next week begins bully prevention spirit days!

Don't forget!! Our Book Fair begins Monday, during parent/teacher conferences and continues through Friday.
The best and most reliable way to purchase items for your child is to set up an e-wallet by clicking this link: https://education.scholastic.com/content/fairs/ewallet.html
Setting up an e-wallet ensures that your student won't misplace their money and helps us keep track of who needs to shop. If you need help, please reach out to your child's teacher or our librarian, Mrs. Summerford.

Which class will win this week's spooky cauldron?!? Send your canned food or non-perishables in tomorrow. Lots of items are coming in so it could be anyone!
We still have 2 weeks left of our Spooky to be Hungry campaign/competition and we're so very thankful for all your help to feed families that may need a little help-especially as the holidays get closer.
