Please make note of our upcoming testing dates.
We ask for your support in ensuring that your student is well-rested, has had breakfast, and arrives to school on-time and ready for testing (no student may enter a classroom where testing has already started).
Medical or dental appointments or other events should not be scheduled on these days. Students may not have any electronic devices in their possession during testing.
Thank you for helping us make this a successful testing season!

Last week we had our 3rd grade multiplication banquet. The banquet was held for our 3rd graders who have mastered their multiplication facts. Congratulations to everyone for all their hard work!!

Aiken High School’s Educators Rising would like to invite you and your children to enjoy “A Royal Family Ball” in the Aiken High School cafeteria. This event is for families with young children to experience a “prom-like” event, where they get to dress up in fancy clothes, dance to fun music, eat delicious snacks, make crowns, decorate “chalices,” enjoy other activities, and take pictures of the memories!
Tickets are available on GoFan.com see the link below and QR Code in the picture. Costs are $5.00 for each child ages 3-years-old to 12-years-old (children 2 + under are free). All children must be accompanied by an adult family member (18-years-old and up). Costs for adult tickets are $10.00.
If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Christa Franklin (cfranklin2@acpsd.net), the Educators Rising adviser and Early Childhood Education Instructor.

Greendale Families: Tomorrow is Field Day. Check social media for times.
Parents may attend, but must check in with an id at front office. Bagged lunches will be served to students only but parents may bring a lunch to enjoy with their child if they wish to do so. Have a great evening and we'll see everyone tomorrow!

This year's Field Day schedule is as follows:
Thursday, 4/17/25
4k-1st Grade 8:45-10:15 2nd-3rd Grade 12:25-1:50 4th-5th Grade 10:30-11:55 Students will receive a bagged lunch from the cafeteria to eat with their class. Students may choose to bring a bagged lunch from home. Please note that our cafeteria will not be able to provide bagged lunches for adults. We do invite you to bring a lunch and enjoy it with your child if you wish to do so.
Also, shirts (for those who purchased one) were distributed this afternoon. If they didn't come home with your student today, they will be sent home tomorrow.

Hello everyone!! We hope you all had a great break. Just a reminder that we do return to school tomorrow. We also have a lot going on this week.
*Welcome back to school-Monday! Review school wide expectations.
*There are a very limited number of yearbooks still on sale for $30 (send money to the front office).
*Hygiene product drive for homeless veterans (shampoo, soap, deodorant, combs, toothpaste and toothbrushes, etc.).
*Field Day is Thursday (shirts will be sent home before then for those that purchased one).
*Parents are invited to field day but must check in at the front office.
*No school Friday in observance of Good Friday.
*The last day to order 5th grade yard signs is this Friday!! These can only be ordered online at: https://www.myorderdesk.com/JobSubmit.asp?Provider_ID=1366542&OrderFormID=516802

We hope everyone is enjoying their break so far. When you're out and about this week please consider grabbing some hygiene items and donating to this cause.
33,000 homeless veterans in the U.S. is way too many, but if you can help in this way please do. We will begin accepting items as soon as we return to school through April 25th. 💜

There is some confusion regarding Greendale's Field Day. It was originally on our calendar for tomorrow, 3/28. However, there were activities already planned that conflicted with that date, so it was changed to 4/17. It has been updated on the calendar. T-shirts will be in and given out when we return from break.

Tomorrow is the last day to order your 2025 Greendale Field Day t-shirt. Please send or bring all money to the front office.

Just a reminder that Greendale will release at 11:30am today for our scheduled Early Release Day.

Greendale will begin iReady testing tomorrow morning at 7:45am, and each day this week. Please make sure your child arrives before this time. Students may not enter a testing classroom once testing has begun and will be required to make up any tests missed, at a later date and time.
