🌟 Future Financial Experts in the Making! 💰🐞 🌟 Mrs. Ryan’s Fourth Grade class at North Augusta Elementary turned their classroom into a buzzing marketplace as they explored the world of earning, saving, and spending! 🏦💵 Each student took on the challenge of planning how much money they needed, strategizing ways to earn it, and carefully deciding which insects to purchase for their bug jars! 🐜🦋🐛 It was a hands-on lesson in financial literacy, responsibility, and smart decision-making—all while having fun! 🎉 💡 South Carolina Fourth Grade Standards in Action: ✔️ SS.E.4.1 – Understanding how people make financial choices based on income, saving, and spending. ✔️ SS.E.4.3 – Exploring how individuals participate in a market economy by making economic decisions. ✔️ Math 4.NBT – Applying place value and multi-digit operations when calculating earnings and expenses.
