Volunteer Opportunities: Make a Difference in Our School!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome back to another exciting school year! We are thrilled to have your child with us and are committed to making this year a memorable and enriching experience for all our students. To achieve this, we need your support and involvement.
We invite you to join our wonderful team of volunteers. Your time, skills, and enthusiasm can make a significant impact on our school community. Whether you can spare an hour a week or a few hours a month, every bit helps and is greatly appreciated.
Here are some ways you can get involved:
• Classroom Assistance: Help teachers with activities, projects, and classroom organization.
• Event Support: Assist with planning and running school events, such as the Fall Scholastic Book Fair (September 4th – 13th), field trips, and holiday celebrations.
• PTO Membership: Join our Parent-Teacher Organization and be a part of decision-making and planning for school initiatives.
Volunteering at school not only benefits the students and staff but also provides an excellent opportunity for you to connect with other parents and be an active part of our school community. Your involvement sets a powerful example for your child about the importance of giving back and being engaged in their education.

Also built into our form is the link for the schools volunteer training (short 4 min vid and a online form to fill out) You will need this not only to volunteer but also chaperoning field trips.

Title 1, PTO Kickoff, and Open House Event
We are excited to invite all students, parents, and guardians to our annual Title 1, PTO Kickoff, and Open House event at North Augusta Elementary! This special evening is designed to provide valuable information about our Title 1 program, introduce our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), and offer a chance to explore our school and meet the teachers.

School's In! Let the Learning Begin!
Welcome Back! We are so excited as NAUE’s students eagerly dive into their first lessons of the year, filling classrooms with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Parents/Guardians/Students: Over the next week, we'll be reviewing the Student Code of Conduct during the school day. Please take a few minutes at home to become familiar with the the rules for your school, as well as the consequences that could result for students who do not follow them. The Code of Conduct is available by scanning the QR code or visiting www.acpsd.net/CodeOfConduct. We are looking forward to a wonderful year, and appreciate your support in following these conduct guidelines that are aimed to ensure we're creating an environment in which effective teaching and learning can occur and that safeguards are in place for the safety of all students, staff and families.
We're excited to announce new communications tools that were designed to enhance engagement with our students and families! The new acpsd.net launched earlier this month, and our mobile app with "Rooms" for built-in School-to-Home Two-Way Communications is live now!
We can't wait to see our students and families tonight as we welcome our school's new principal Eli Badillo! Join us from 4-6PM.

We are thrilled to invite you to a special Meet and Greet event to welcome our new Principal, Eliezer Badillo.

Join us for an evening of introductions, light refreshments, and community spirit as we welcome Mr. Badillo to our school. This is a wonderful opportunity for students, parent and staff to get to know our new Principal, learn about his vision for our school, and ask any questions you may have.
Mr. Badillo is eager to connect with our school community and share his goals for the upcoming school year. Working together, Mr. Badillo and Mrs. Boyd brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education that will surely inspire and benefit our students.
