It was a party at North Augusta Elementary on Friday!
Our media partners at Beasley Media Group and The Party 98.3 Radio Station surprised Mrs. Bensonâs 5th Grade class with the Cash in the Classâs prize award, which has a $1,000 value! The Pumping Station also provided a gift basket of treats and flowers for Mrs. Benson and her students.
We were thrilled to have local partners come into our schools and support our teachers and students in Aiken County!

đđ˘ A HUMAN NUMBER LINE! đ˘đ Mrs. Budreauâs fourth-grade Dolphins brought math to life by becoming part of a human number line! đŹđđ Students worked together to compare and order numbers up to six digits, using their understanding of place value to determine exactly where each number belonged. Instead of simply solving problems on paper, students became the numbersâmoving, discussing, comparing, and arranging themselves from least to greatest! Hands-on activities like this make learning meaningful while building number sense, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. đ§ ⨠Way to go, fourth grade! We love seeing our Dolphins learning, thinking, and working together! đŹđ #NAUEDolphins #FourthGrade #MathInAction #HumanNumberLine #PlaceValue #HandsOnLearning #LearningTogether
