The Nancy Carson Library is once again holding the Annual Ghost Story Contest. Entries must be the student's original work and may not be created or substantially assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
To ensure fair judging, entries will be divided into two categories: Grades 6-8 and Grades 9-12. In each category, winners will receive Amazon gift certificates: $50 for first place, $25 for second place, and $15 for third place.
Entries are due by September 25 and winners will be announced during A Toast Among Ghosts on Thursday, October 22 at 6p.m., where they will read their stories and receive their awards.
