Say hello to Emily Myers, our Human Resources Information Specialist!
Emily plays a critical role in keeping our HR systems running smoothly. She ensures data accuracy, oversees district position control, and serves as the system administrator for PowerSchool and Frontline.
From behind the scenes, Emily supports every employee and school by maintaining the systems that keep our district moving forward!
Fun Facts-She is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two-year old daughter. When fall rolls around, you’ll find her in full Gamecock spirit, cheering loud and proud.

O’livia Felton teaches 7th Grade Science and Introduction to Health Professions at Jackson STEM Magnet Middle School, where she blends real-world relevance with hands-on learning to inspire the next generation of health professionals and scientists.
As a mentor, O’livia is committed to nurturing aspiring educators by providing them with meaningful classroom experiences and intentional support. With a background in public health and a passion for student engagement, she understands the importance of strong mentorship in shaping confident, capable teachers.
O’livia believes that mentorship is about more than guidance—it’s about empowerment. By opening her classroom and sharing her journey, she hopes to equip future educators with the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead with purpose.

On Early Dismissal Days, elementary school students are dismissed at 11:30 a.m., middle school students at 12:10 p.m., and high school students at 12:30 p.m.
Early dismissal times are slightly different for Aiken Scholars Academy (ASA), as well as our schools in the Ridge Spring area. ASA early dismissal will be at noon, Ridge Spring-Monetta (RSM) Elementary is at 11:55 a.m., RSM Middle at 12:15 p.m. and RSM High at 12:20 p .m. The ASPIRE Evening Program will not be held tomorrow.
These Early Dismissal Days are part of the 2025-26 Aiken County Public School District Calendar and are necessary to support state-wide required teacher training. Please make any necessary arrangements for your child's early dismissal. Elementary school student after school care through Quest Zone is available.
