Thank you so much to Victory Baptist Church for surprising our staff with 7Brew yesterday! It was a great mid-week pick-me-up!

Do you like trivia? Do you know a bunch of random facts? Are you a know-it-all, who actually knows it all? Consider joining the Paul Knox Academic Team!
What's the catch? There's no catch. We're looking for curious minds in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade who love trivia, history, science, literature, math, or basically anything interesting.
No experience necessary. Nerds, athletes, artists, musicians — if you can think, you can quiz.
Interested? Stop by Mrs. Parliament's room (102) or Mr. Knowles's room (111) to grab an application. Applications and teacher recommendations are due by Tuesday, August 4th.

7th and 8th grade girls interested in trying out for our Lady Patriot Volleyball team are invited to come to open gyms on Thursday, July 30th and Friday, July 31st from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

Volleyball tryouts will be held on Monday, August 3rd and Tuesday, August 4th (and Friday, August 5th if needed) from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

Students MUST be picked up on time, promptly at 5:00.

Sports physicals are required for tryouts and must be dated after April 1st, 2026.

If you would like to request a schedule change, those forms are available with guidance or in the front office. Completed forms, with parent signature, need to be turned in to the front office no later than Friday, July 24th.

Parents and students are invited to Walk Your Schedule TOMORROW, Thursday, July 16th. Feel free to stop by and meet your teachers any time between 3 pm and 6 pm. Please enter in the back of the school by the gym.

Don't Forget!

This year's 6th grade transition camp will be THIS Thursday, July 9th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. There will be 3 parent rotations and 3 student rotations. Each student will need a parent/guardian to stay with them (no drop off allowed).

Aiken County is hosting multiple Multilingual Registration nights.
These will be offered at Six Points Learning Center on Monday, July 6th, Tuesday, July 7th and Thursday, July 9th from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and at Ridge Spring - Monetta Middle/High School on Wednesday, July 8th from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm..

Interpreters will be present!
