🍎 Teacher of the Month: Mrs. Angelika Davis-Raby
Our February You Rock Teacher of the Month is the fantastic and always positive Mrs. Angelika Davis-Raby, third grade teacher.
Mrs. Davis-Raby is truly a ray of sunshine at NAUES. Her caring spirit, dedication, and enthusiasm create a classroom environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to succeed. She not only brings joy to her students but also uplifts the entire faculty with her positivity and willingness to help others.
A strong leader and mentor, Mrs. Davis-Raby plays an important role in strengthening our school community. She supports fellow teachers by sharing ideas, offering guidance, and leading the third-grade team with professionalism and heart.
Her impact reaches far beyond the classroom. Last year, she helped students shine by supporting the school play, and this year she has been instrumental in spearheading and developing our Black History Month Program alongside a dedicated team of teachers. Through her leadership, she has helped ensure that students are actively involved, celebrated, and successful as they share their learning and talents.
Mrs. Davis-Raby’s passion for students and commitment to excellence make her a truly deserving recipient of this honor!
🌟 Staff Member of the Month: Mrs. Tanja Jeffery
Our February You Rock Staff Member of the Month is Mrs. Tanja Jeffery, Kindergarten Instructional Assistant.
Mrs. Jeffery is a calm, caring, and dedicated presence in the Kindergarten POD. With her warm smile and patient support, she helps create a positive learning environment where our youngest Dolphins can grow and thrive.
She works tirelessly to support both students and teachers, providing encouragement, guidance, and consistency each day. Mrs. Jeffery is always ready to step in wherever she is needed, ensuring that every child receives the attention and support necessary for success.
Her commitment to student achievement is evident in her outstanding work with interventions. Mrs. Jeffery has achieved 100% compliance in supporting students through their ONCE Program, helping ensure that each child stays on track and continues to make progress.
Her dedication, reliability, and gentle encouragement make her an invaluable part of the Kindergarten team and the entire NAUES family.
