Ms. Lori Rogers, our outstanding Multi-Language Teacher, is the heart of encouragement and positivity at NAUES. Known for her sunny smile and warm presence, she radiates kindness and compassion wherever she goes.
Every day, Ms. Rogers works tirelessly to ensure that our multilingual learners feel supported, valued, and capable of success. She provides personalized modifications, individualized instruction, and one-on-one encouragement so that each student has the tools they need to thrive. More than just teaching English, she builds connections—taking the time to know each student personally and celebrating their unique strengths and cultures.
Her dedication not only helps students succeed academically but also makes them feel seen, included, and truly part of our Dolphin family. Ms. Rogers exemplifies what it means to be an educator who inspires. Quite simply—she is awesome! 💛💙

Behind the scenes of every great school is a team that keeps things running smoothly, and at NAUES we are fortunate to have Mr. Donald Patterson, our Head Custodian, leading the way.
Mr. Patterson is more than just the person who ensures our school is sparkling clean and well-kept—he is a true role model of kindness, respect, and dedication. Always polite, caring, and willing to help, he supports our students, faculty, and staff each and every day. His commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment allows our Dolphins to focus on learning, growing, and achieving.
