Students who have already purchased their 2025-2026 parking passes may pick up their parking tags on the following dates:

Thursday, July 17th from 2pm to 6pm in the Main Office lobby during Walk Your Schedule

Friday, July 18th, 11am to 1pm in the Main Office Lobby

Monday, July 21st (the first day of school) during their Lunch Block in the cafeteria (students only)

We are also pleased to announce that additional parking tags are available and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Tags may be purchased on Friday, July 18th from 11am to 1pm in the Main Office lobby. The student parking registration form can be found on our school website under the students’ tab then selecting parking registration form. Students must have a valid driver’s license (beginners permit not accepted.)

CANCELED: The registration assistance session scheduled for this evening from 5pm until 7pm in the Media Center has been canceled due to an internet outage. We are still planning on holding the session tomorrow morning from 8am until 10am. You may also register your child through PowerSchool. ALL students, both new and returning, must register to receive your schedule for Monday! We apologize for the inconvenience.

🏆 North Augusta Wrestling Update 🏆

The North Augusta Wrestling program is moving forward strong! Coach Matt Franklin will return as Head Coach, along with the entire assistant coaching staff for the upcoming season.

🔥 The team is chasing its third straight Region Championship and has its sights set on a State Title! With 10 returning state qualifiers from last year, the Jackets are ready to make a big impact.

💪 We’re looking for dedicated and hardworking boys and girls in grades 7–12 to join the team. No experience necessary—just a strong work ethic and a winning mindset.

WALK YOUR SCHEDULE will be held this Thursday, July 17th from 2pm until 6pm. Please park in student Lot E and enter through the Jacket Arena. Students will be given their schedules at that time. Please be aware that if you have not registered, you will not receive your schedule. If you cannot attend, you will receive your schedule during homeroom on Monday, July 21st. Car riders who plan on eating breakfast should be dropped off in car line and enter through the Jacket Arena.

Attention all parents and guardians: Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is required for both new and returning students. Students will not receive class schedules until registration is complete. Please check your email for information on completing the registration process.

NAHS New Student and Freshman Tours will occur July 14-17, 2025 at 2:00pm. New students, freshman and parents are invited to tour NAHS during the week of July 14-17, 2025 at 2:00pm each day. Members of our Student 2 Student Club will be providing tours that will begin in the School Counseling Office at 2pm. Walk Your Schedule will be on July 17th. The dates above will be your only opportunity for a tour of NAHS prior to the start of school so please make every opportunity to attend.

Parents and Guardians now is the time to schedule a well-visit or vaccine appointment with your child’s healthcare provider to avoid the back-to-school rush before the 2025-26 school year begins on July 21! The SC Department of Public Health is also offering a vaccine clinic for students in grades 5K–12 on July 8 from 9–11:30 a.m. and 1–3:30 p.m. at the Aiken County Health Department (222 Beaufort Street NE, Aiken). Call (803) 642-7543 to make an appointment and bring vaccination and insurance records; a parent or guardian must accompany children under 16. No-cost vaccines may be available, though administration fees may apply. Don’t forget to submit your child’s updated SC Immunization Certificate to their school and note that all rising 7th graders must have a Tdap booster given at age 10 or older. CLASS OF 2025 VALEDICTORIAN/SALUTATORIAN PROFILES North Augusta High School Salutatorian: Evan Michael Hargrove Evan Hargrove, Salutatorian of the North Augusta High School Class of 2025, is a well-rounded student leader with a passion for global business and community involvement. He serves as Director of the Yellow Jacket News Show, Vice President of North Augusta’s Future Business Leaders of America chapter, and a Captain on the Academic Team. He is also a member of both Beta Club and the National Honor Society. In addition to his academic and leadership roles, Evan works at Parks Pharmacy as a cashier and enjoys reading, playing pick-up basketball, and watching Liverpool FC. He played saxophone for seven years as a section leader in the Jacket Regiment Marching Band, reflecting his long-standing dedication to music. Evan plans to attend the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he will join the Honors College and pursue a degree in International Business. He also plans to study abroad in Hong Kong to further explore business in East Asia. CLASS OF 2025 VALEDICTORIAN/SALUTATORIAN PROFILES North Augusta High School Valedictorian: Lyles Blalock Cannon Lyles Cannon, Valedictorian of the North Augusta High School Class of 2025, is a dynamic student leader and dedicated scholar. He currently serves as FBLA Chapter President and is a member of the South Carolina FBLA State Officer Team. He also contributes to his school community as Co-Director of the Yellow Jacket News Show and is an active member of Beta Club and the National Honor Society. Outside of the classroom, Lyles is a competitive rock climber, participating in the USA Climbing Youth Circuit. He has volunteered with the North Augusta Stormwater Department and co-founded a mentorship program for middle school students, demonstrating his commitment to service and leadership. This fall, Lyles plans to attend the University of South Carolina’s Honors College, where he will major in Biomedical Engineering. Congratulations, Lyles! #ACPSDcelebrates #ClassOf2025

As a reminder, final exams are being held this week along with our half day schedule. On Wednesday, 1st and 2nd block exams will be held and on Thursday, 3rd and 4th block exams. Students should arrive by 8:20am both Wednesday and Thursday for exams with dismissal being at 11:50am. Get some rest tonight!

The Seamless Summer Meal Program returns for Summer 2025! The ACPSD Child Nutrition Program will be offering nutritious meals at no cost for children aged 18 and under, as well as for individuals with disabilities up to age 21. Meals will be served Monday through Thursday from June 2 to June 26, 2025. See flyer for more details!

North Augusta Yellow Jacket Booster Club will hold it's open meeting on Monday, June 9th at 7PM in the NAHS Cafeteria. Anyone who purchased any level of membership for the 2024/2025 school year is welcome to attend as we plan for the coming school year. Let's go, Jackets!
