Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year at Chukker Creek Elementary School, Home of the Champions!

We believe....

In demonstrating accountability and high expectations.

In creating a structured, safe, and respectful environment for all.

In valuing all students and celebrating success.

In building life-long learners through quality education.

In fostering positive relationships, to inspire our students to learn, lead, and suCCEed.

I feel very humbled, fortunate, and genuinely honored to be a part of the Chukker Creek Family and serve as your new principal.  I look forward to building relationships with all of our Chukker Creek families and extended families.  We need YOU.  Together, we are going to continue working to ensure our students experience monumental gains in student progress and academic achievement.

We will communicate with you consistently and frequently regarding the amazing things happening at Chukker Creek and how you can support us in our efforts.  I am personally inviting you to join PTA and attend our school events!  We look forward to seeing you.

On a personal note, I am a 30-year veteran educator from GA.  Throughout my career in education, I have served at the school level as an Elementary and Middle School Teacher, Elementary and High School Assistant Principal, and Elementary Principal.  I have served at the district level as Senior Officer of Teaching, Learning, and School Leadership, and Acting Associate Superintendent. I have also served as an adjunct instructor in technical schools.

I have one intelligent and lovely daughter, Taylor. Together, Taylor and I love to travel, shop, try new restaurants, visit museums, and attend performing arts events.  We also believe in giving back to our community.

Chukker Creek Students are indeed Champions, and this is going to be a fantastic year filled with opportunities for our students to learn, lead, and succeed.
