Behind the scenes image of students participating in a video shoot for the district.

ACPSD Communications is proud to share a new video outlining our district's Standard Response Protocol (SRP) procedures created in collaboration with ACPSD Security & Emergency Management, local law enforcement, and emergency responders.

The video highlights SRP, the safety procedures used across our schools to help students and staff respond confidently during a variety of situations. Featuring our students, the training provides familiar faces and real-world examples that make the protocols easier to understand and reinforce.

This project reflects our district's ongoing commitment to school safety, preparedness, and clear communication. Watch the video below to learn more about the Standard Response Protocol and how we work together to maintain safe and supportive learning environments across Aiken County Public Schools.

This project would not have been possible without the support of our acGATEWAY students, Student Advisory Council members, and the many student volunteers who generously gave their time to participate.

They all played a role in bringing this important resource to life. Your partnership and commitment to the safety of our schools are truly appreciated.
