Fall Intercession: September 29th-October 2nd. (No school for students not registered for intercession/ACPSD schools & offices closed Oct. 3rd.) Fall break: october 6th-10th-No school!
5k is celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day! Kindergarten students completed several apple activities throughout the day. 5k students learned the life cycle of an apple, completed a 5 senses activity with apples,  counted the seeds in the apples and weighed our apples with cubes.  Kindergarten enjoyed learning all about apples!

Why do we come to school on Early Dismissal days? For awesome activities like this--Mrs. Sellers' kindergarten class had a STEM shape snack last Wednesday! Students were given food items that were shaped as circles, squares, rectangles, and triangles! They had to identify the shapes and then make something with the shapes! They got very creative and had a tasty snack!  Fabulous work, 5K!
