❄️ Frosty Frolic 5K Leaves a Trail of Icy Awesome Achievements ❄️

The Redcliffe Running Cubs snowed everyone away at the 1st Annual Frosty Frolic 5K Tuesday, December 9th, taking on the chilly 3.1-mile challenge with courage that truly ice-spired the crowd. Our younger runners (2nd and 3rd graders) were on a roll like fresh snowballs—congratulations to Jonathan Williams (1st place), Manning Towns (2nd place), and Colton Eller (3rd place) for their flurry of fantastic finishes! These three fellas also had the top three fastest finishing times overall! The older division (4th and 5th graders) froze the competition in their tracks, with Raya Wood (1st place), Khaza Williams (2nd place), and Maddox Worthy (3rd place) skating into the top spots. A warm thank-you goes out to Chick-fil-A in Aiken, Fleet Feet of Augusta/North Augusta, and Nothing Bundt Cakes in Aiken for their cool prize donations, and an extra-frosty shout-out to Coach Griswould from Silver Bluff High, the SBHS Track/Football volunteers, and our Running Club parent and teacher helpers for making this snow-tacular race safe and fun for every runner! Another HUGE thank you to all our families, friends, and teachers who came out to cheer our runners on. We are so proud of each and every one of these kids for pushing through untiil the very end!!
