Honoring Our Heroes: Redcliffe’s Veterans Day Tribute

Redcliffe Elementary proudly honored the brave men and women of our armed services during today’s Veterans Day program, beginning with a light breakfast and followed by patriotic performances from our 4th grade classes. The Silver Bluff High School Color Guard presented the flags, Arianna Poindexter delivered a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem, and Eleanor Preston shared a thoughtful history of Veterans Day. Our guest speakers today were Mrs. Jazmin Henderson, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a dedicated member of our Kindergarten team, and Mr. John Blackwell, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and husband of fellow Kindergarten teammate Mrs. Blackwell. They spoke movingly about their service in their respective military branches and the profound sacrifices made by service members and their families. Redcliffe appreciates all who helped make this a meaningful and heartfelt morning of gratitude, reflection, and honor. Above all else, the Redcliffe family would like to thank all of our Veterans for their service!
