Redcliffe Hosts Touch-a-Truck Event
Redcliffe was zooming with excitement today as students gathered for the highly anticipated Touch-a-Truck event. With a variety of vehicles lining the school grounds, students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with everything from fire engines and police cruisers to construction and utility vehicles.
Thanks to the generosity of several local businesses and public service agencies, students not only explored the interiors of these impressive machines but also learned about the important jobs they perform in the community. Volunteers took time out of their busy schedules to answer questions, demonstrate equipment, and share insights into their daily responsibilities.
One of the event's highlights was the visit from Pelican's Snoballs. Students cooled off with colorful, delicious snocones, adding a sweet treat to an already memorable day.
Special thanks go to Ms. Ravello, Mr. Jenkins, and the entire planning committee for their hard work and dedication in organizing such a successful and educational event. .
