We’re proud to recognize this month’s Manager of the Month, Victor Stewart, Child Nutrition Manager at Paul Knox Middle. Victor is a team member who brings heart, humor, and dedication to everything he does. Though he has only been in this position for three months, his impact is already felt across the program. Victor is dedicated to serving students at Paul Knox, because the smiles of children remind him daily why this work matters. His advice for anyone looking to start a career in Child Nutrition? “Love what you do, prepare to get dirty, have fun, and never forget you’re a small part of a whole.”
Outside of work, he is a proud father and enjoys movies, video games, and comics. In fact, he wagers that he might have more movies and games than “most people have been alive”. His passion for making people feel needed and wanted shines through in every interaction. His favorite food? Anything pasta! And his favorite food item on the school lunch menu? Either the Orange Chicken or the Jerk Chicken.
