As the 2024–2025 school year winds down, Byrd Elementary School is getting ready to honor its students' hard work and achievements with the annual End-of-the-Year Awards Celebrations. These special ceremonies will recognize student accomplishments across all grade levels—from 4K to 5th grade—before summer break officially begins.
Award Celebration Schedule:
4K – Thursday, May 22 at 11:30 AM
5th Grade – Friday, May 23 at 8:30 AM
5K – Friday, May 23 at 12:00 PM
4th Grade – Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM
1st Grade – Tuesday, May 27 at 9:30 AM
3rd Grade – Tuesday, May 27 at 11:00 AM
2nd Grade – Tuesday, May 27 at 12:30 PM
All celebrations will take place in the school cafeteria, and doors will open 15 minutes prior to each event to allow families time to find seating.
Families are encouraged to attend and cheer on their students as they receive well-deserved recognition for their academic progress, citizenship, and classroom achievements. These moments are a highlight of the school year, giving teachers, students, and families a chance to reflect on the growth and successes of the past months.
