Entrance is by application only; all applicants must be current 8th graders who reside in Aiken County attendance zone and taking advanced coursework in middle school. Applicants must complete English 1 Honors and Geometry Honors in 8th grade. The application can be found on the Future Scholars tab on the ASA website. Applicants (not parents) should create an account, complete the application, and submit by the January 22nd deadline.

ASA will offer multiple tours and information sessions for anyone interested in applying. Sessions will be offered November 4th, December 11th, and January 7th at ASA; tours will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the school and the information session starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Student Activity Center Mezzanine (upstairs in the building on USCA campus that houses Starbucks). Each session is the same. In addition, ASA will visit all ACPSD middle schools to speak with students directly throughout October and November.

We encourage anyone interested to apply! A full timeline of events and FAQ's can be found on the Future Scholars tab.
