This is an announcement regarding Quarter 1 Content Recovery options for students who qualify. Parents and students with questions about student progress and grades should reach out to teachers directly.

Aiken iNNOVATE does not offer an Intersession recovery program. Because our curriculum is delivered virtually, teachers assign recovery work based on content that has already been taught during the current quarter.

We will be offering Content Recovery from October 13 through November 7. Students who wish to participate must sign up using this form, linked below:

https://form.jotform.com/252555847192062

Recovery assignments will be pulled directly from the course and assigned by the teacher.

Important Guidelines:

- Only students with a grade below 60 at the end of Quarter 1 are eligible.
- Students must complete all assigned recovery work to earn a passing grade (up to 60).
- Partial completion will not be accepted for recovery of grades.
- Failure to engage in the course may result in removal from the recovery program.
- All recovery work must be completed by November 7. No extensions will be granted.
- Students should continue progressing in their Quarter 2 coursework while completing Quarter 1 recovery assignments.

For questions about specific recovery assignments, students or parents should contact the course teacher directly.
For general program-related inquiries, please email Ai@acpsd.net.

Parents and Guardians now is the time to schedule a well-visit or vaccine appointment with your child’s healthcare provider to avoid the back-to-school rush before the 2025-26 school year begins on July 21! The SC Department of Public Health is also offering a vaccine clinic for students in grades 5K–12 on July 8 from 9–11:30 a.m. and 1–3:30 p.m. at the Aiken County Health Department (222 Beaufort Street NE, Aiken). Call (803) 642-7543 to make an appointment and bring vaccination and insurance records; a parent or guardian must accompany children under 16. No-cost vaccines may be available, though administration fees may apply. Don’t forget to submit your child’s updated SC Immunization Certificate to their school and note that all rising 7th graders must have a Tdap booster given at age 10 or older. Contact your child’s healthcare provider or school nurse with any questions and visit acpsd.net/page/nursing-services for more information.
