To ensure the health and safety of our community, we have arranged the following procedures for pick up:
-Parents should drive through the back car line on the cafeteria side
-A staff member will walk to your car to obtain the name, grade, and teacher of the student whose packet and Reading textbook is being picked up
-The staff member will enter the building to obtain the student's packet and textbook and will return to you car with the materials.
-Parents will stay in their car.
This process should take less than 5 minutes.
The packet contains details for staying connected with your teacher(s) during distance learning. Teachers will communicate how students are to submit their completed work for grading.
We appreciate your support to ensure student learning occurs during this time.

Reminders about our Procedures
Parents were only allowed to walk their child into school during the first week of school. This reduces interruptions in the morning and ensures a smooth start to the day. If you need to speak with your child’s teacher, you may send an email, or you will need to make an appointment.
All students must know how they are getting home and this route should be consistent and noted on their registration card. Please do not change the way they go home unless it is necessary. All changes to transportation must be in writing. Transportation will not be changed without a note from the parent or guardian. If an emergency arises and it is necessary to make a change during the day, you must call the school by 1:30pm.
