Her extensive administrative experience includes serving as interim principal of Leavelle McCampbell Middle School, assistant principal at Ridge Spring-Monetta Middle/High School and Aiken High School, and principal of Langley-Bath-Clearwater Middle School from 2009 to 2017.
As a former middle school principal, DeLoache supervised instructional programs, student services, professional development, accountability efforts, and school operations while working to create a positive and supportive learning environment focused on student growth and achievement.
“I am honored and excited for the opportunity to serve the students, families, and staff of Jackson STEM Magnet Middle School,” said DeLoache. “I believe deeply in the power of STEM education to inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving, and I look forward to working together to help every student succeed and thrive.”
Prior to moving into school and district leadership roles, DeLoache spent many years teaching mathematics and science at schools throughout the region, including Aiken High School, Aiken Middle School, Silver Bluff High School, and South Aiken High School. She also worked in training and technical support for Westinghouse Savannah River Company.
