How do I receive training to volunteer at Schofield?

Volunteers must be approved each school year.  To be an approved volunteer, you must view and complete the following forms on this page.  Forms can be printed, signed and sent back to the school within 3 weeks of you volunteering.  This allows schools time to input your information and receive approval through Hall Pass.  If you are unable to print, a hard copy can be picked up from your students' school.

• Step 1: a) Watch the Training Video
              b) Complete the Acknowledgement of watching the Training Video form

• Step 2: Complete the Acknowledgement of Volunteer Conduct Expectations form
• Step 3: PRINT and FILL OUT the FULL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and send it to your students' school.

*Once each of these forms is submitted, you will need to take your driver's license to any ACPSD school and have the office process it in the HALL PASS system.
