FREE OR REDUCED MEAL APPLICATIONS

FREE OR REDUCED MEAL APPLICATIONS - Parents and Guardians, for more than two years Aiken County Public Schools provided no-cost breakfast and lunch meals to all students thanks to waivers from the United States Department of Agriculture. This federal funding and waiver system expired on June 30, 2022, and Congress did not extend the program. Therefore, students will be required to begin paying for meals again when school begins August 15, 2022, unless they qualify for the Free and Reduced Meal Program or attend one of the following schools: A.L. Corbett Middle School, Aiken Elementary, Aiken Intermediate School, Clearwater Elementary, Cyril B. Busbee Elementary, East Aiken School of the Arts, Gloverville Elementary, Graniteville Elementary, Greendale Elementary, J. D. Lever Elementary, Jackson STEM Middle School, Jefferson Elementary, Langley-Bath-Clearwater Middle, Mossy Creek Elementary, North Aiken Elementary, Oakwood-Windsor Elementary, Redcliffe Elementary, Ridge Spring-Monetta Elementary, Ridge Spring-Monetta Middle/High, Schofield Middle, Wagener-Salley High, or Warrenville Elementary.

If you believe your child may qualify for free or reduced meals and do not attend one of the schools listed above, you MUST complete an online application FOUND HERE.

We encourage families to complete the application as soon as possible to ensure your child will be able to enjoy low-cost, nutritious meals when school starts in August.
