Welcome! My name is Hannah Finch. This is my 7th year teaching and my 3rd year at North Augusta Elementary. I am originally from New Hampshire but moved to Georgia in 2011 to attend Wesleyan College. I graduated from Wesleyan in 2015 with a bachelor’s in early childhood education with a minor in reading. I taught for 2 years in Macon, Georgia while also working on my master’s degree. I graduated in 2017 with my Master’s in education, also from Wesleyan College.

In 2018, I joined the Peace Corps and traveled to Ecuador, where I lived for the next two years. I worked with English teachers in a public school there, helping plan and execute lessons with students from Pre-K to 10^th grade. While there, I was also able to practice my Spanish and become fluent in the language. I currently live in Aiken with my two cats, Stark and Luna. In my free time, I enjoy, reading, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
