Ms. Michelle Padgett

Mrs. Padgett graduated from University of SC-Upstate with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and later earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of SC in Columbia. 

Mrs. Padgett’s career in Aiken County Public School District began at Leavelle McCampbell when she taught 7th grade students Pre-Algebra and mathematics.  She has since worked as a curriculum coordinator, assistant principal and principal in the school district.    As a teacher, Mrs. Padgett has experience teaching Pre-kindergarten through 7th grade, spending most of her teaching career in 7th grade Pre-Algebra and Math at Leavelle McCampbell Middle School. 2017-2018 will be her 23rd year in education and 9th year as a principal and 2nd year as Leavelle McCampbell Middle School's principal.

When she is not at school Mrs. Padgett enjoys activities with her husband, Jody Padgett, and her children, Ben, Bayleigh, Leah and Damon.  Mrs. Padgett finds watching students learn and grow to be one of the greatest pleasures of being a principal.

Mrs. Latonia K. Evans

Mrs. Latonia Evans is a graduate from Perry High School in Perry, GA and Augusta State University (Augusta University) in Augusta, GA with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Middle Grades Education, Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction, and Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership.

Mrs. Evans has twelve years of teaching experience with the majority of her teaching career at Leavelle McCampbell Middle School.  Mrs. Evans taught 6th Grade Science and Math for one year at Miller Core Knowledge Magnet Middle School in Macon, GA; 6th - 8th Grade Math, Science, and Social Studies for seven years at Leavelle McCampbell Middle School in Graniteville, SC; 6th - 8th Grade Science for four years at North Augusta Middle School in North Augusta, SC.  Mrs. Evans' accomplishments and contributions include Aiken Writing Project Consultant, Aiken County Science Curriculum Team, Gifted and Talented Coordinator, Grade Level Team Leader, Department Chair, and Academic Team, Basketball, and Volleyball Coach.

The 2018-2019 school year will be Ms. Evans' first year as Leavelle McCampbell Middle School's Assistant Principal.  She believes all students deserve the best possible instruction and that maximum effort always leads to success. 

"It's great to be home!  I'm looking forward to connecting with Leavelle parents, students, teachers, and community members as we continue to embrace our rich history, press forward towards academic excellence, and make a positive impact within the community," stated Mrs. Evans.

Mrs. Evans enjoys spending time with her family (Belton, Dylan, and Alex), singing, and eating ice cream.  Her favorite characters are M&Ms and favorite quote is "Your work is YOU, Never let YOU down."

Mr. Steven Kolodizieizyck

Mr. Steven Kolodizieizyck is originally from Michigan.  He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education with minors in Math, Science, and English from Western Michigan University.  In addition, Mr. Kolodizieizyck has received a Masters of Arts in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership at Western Michigan University and received a certificate in Educational Technology from Michigan State University.

Mr. Kolodizieizyck has taught all subject areas K-5 and 7th grade Science. In addition, Mr. Kolodizieizyck coached basketball and volleyball, chaired the Science department, Curriculum committee, and was a Graduate Assistant at Western Michigan University.   In 2006, he moved to South Carolina to pursue a career in Educational Leadership. Mr. Kolodizieizyck has been an Assistant Principal for eleven years with one year of experience as a Principal.

When not at school, Mr. Kolodizieizyck spends time with his three children John, Colette, Andrew, and wife Shavonne. They attend many sporting activities and enjoy visiting with friends and family.
