My name is Kaylee Hilderbrand. I teach Math 180 as well as Math 8. This is my fifth year teaching and my first year at New Ellenton Middle. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken with a degree in Middle Level Education with a concentration in Math and Science. Math has been my favorite subject since I was a child. I was always helping my friends with their math work as a child and that is a big part of why I decided to teach Math.

I am a mom with two boys. I have a six-year old and a four-year old. I am very excited to get a chance to work with my students as well as interact with their parents, so we can work as a team to get the students to succeed this year. My goal is to push my students to be able to like Math at least a little bit more than when they walked into my door the first day.
