Welcome to ASA's School Counseling Department
Welcome to the counseling department at Aiken Scholars Academy! The goal of our department is to provide a comprehensive, developmental school counseling program for our students. The program is designed to address the needs of all students by helping them acquire competency in educational development, interpersonal growth, and career planning.
The School Counseling Office aims to provide Scholars with the support needed to become responsible, self-sufficient, productive, contributing members of the community. Our efforts are part of a collaborative process that includes our parents, teachers and administration, in the process.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday 7:45 – 3:45 during school year. Appointments are not required be we do recommend calling ahead to ensure the counselor is available.
Freshman Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) conferences will be held January 21st thur February 31st. IGP's are Individual Graduation Plan meetings with guidance to discuss your child’s career goals and develop an educational plan to help him/her achieve those goals.
