Ms. Steinman

2021-2022 will be my fifth year teaching at North Augusta High School. I will be moving from English I, English II, and Mythology to English II and English III. I was born in Iowa but raised in Alaska. Speaking of Alaska, I moved to Aiken County from the Matanuska Susitna Borough three years ago, and have been trying to adjust to the much much hotter climate. Both my undergraduate and graduate degrees are from the University of Alaska Anchorage, Go Seawolves! UAA happens to also be where my daughter is currently working towards her degree. I was lucky enough to study abroad for a summer during my undergraduate to Paris, France, which started a love affair with traveling. Some of my interests outside of the classroom are reading, writing, photography, knitting, traveling, and video games.

This summer I plan on catching up on some reading, traveling to see family in Alaska, traveling a little in South Carolina.
