I am super excited to be teaching your children this year! I look forward to working with you as we make second grade a successful year for your children!

          Sixteen years ago, I moved to Aiken County with my husband, Ben, and my two sons, Ben and Zack. The boys are now grown and out of the house, but they do still visit from time to time.  Both boys are married to wonderful ladies that are a welsome addition to the family. My husband and I live in Graniteville with our dog, Peanut.  I am originally from Homer, Georgia, where I attended Banks County High School. My husband is a Gamecock fan, but my heart is with the Georgia Bulldogs. It does get a little loud when our teams play each other. 

         Twenty - six years ago I graduated from North Georgia College, in Dahlonega, Georgia, where I received a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology.  I taught my first ten years in several schools in Georgia and have been teaching in Aiken County since 2006.  I am excited to be part of the Aiken Elementary family.
