Welcome to Fourth Grade!

Hey friends! I am your new favorite teacher ever, Mrs. Anderson. This is my seventh year teaching and I have spent all of those years right here in fourth grade at Byrd. I teach reading, ELA, and social studies. I graduated in 2015 from USC-Aiken with my degree in Elementary Education. Fun fact: I attended Byrd when I was little. It was still in the old building, though. In fourth grade, we are really pushing your child to become more independent and take more responsibility for their own education. That is very crucial.
We are looking forward to a fun and successful year in fourth grade! 

I am married to my husband of eight years, Matt and we have four year old twin boys, Nash & Tate who are in 4k here at Byrd. We have a pomeranian named Abigail. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and shopping.
