Football tryouts will be held Monday July 31st thru Thursday August 3rd, 2023, time TBA during  school announcements.

Students must turn in the following paperwork to Coach Harley before they are allowed to try out:

1. Current Sports Physical dated after April 1st, 2023 (ALL paperwork can be found on the athletics tab on SMS website)

2. Parent Permission form

3. Completed insurance form

4. Concussion acknowledgement form

5.  If you are selected for the team, any other paperwork will be completed at your parent/team meeting.
