  • SENIOR FINAL INFORMATION QUESTIONAIRE
As graduation nears, there are several required steps that each senior must complete.  There will be many deadlines that will need prompt attention - these deadlines will be shared with seniors through morning announcements at school, emails, homeroom teachers, with flyers, phone blasts and through the Remind App.

The first required step is for each senior to check their student email account and complete the questionnaire sent to them no later than Friday, March 27.  Upon completing the questionnaire, the student will schedule an appointment with their counselor in order for the counselor to collect and validate the information shared in the questionnaire.

Parents: PSAT test results are in! The students were given their test booklet in homeroom to begin practice for the SAT/ACT college entrance tests. The PSAT test results have been entered and in order for your child to see their results, they will need their log in information for Khan Academy. If they haven’t created an account yet, please encourage them to do so. Also, if they have forgotten their password please have them retrieve it by having Khan Academy send a link to their email address to reset it.

Students: Please become familiar with these items: Home address, Birthday, Student email address, and Parents' email address.

Step 1: Log in or create a Khan Academy Account for Learner.
Step 2: Choose SAT for course.
Step 3: When prompted; agree to link your Khan Academy and College Board account. If no prompt shows up click on settings and scroll down to the link “Connect College board to Khan Academy.”  The link will transfer you to College Board.
