Mrs. Uyen Griffis

Welcome to Hammond Hill Elementary School! My name is Uyen Griffis, and I have the great pleasure of teaching preschool children with special needs in a FUN filled classroom! This year marks my 22nd year as an Early Learning special needs teacher. I've been so blessed to work with so many beautiful and talented children with varying exceptionalities from 3-6 years of ages. Most importantly, I've been fortunate to collaborate with an incredible team of experts to include Mrs. Trina Schmidt (Para-professional aide), Mr. Ben Streudel (Para-professional aide), Mrs. Tara Waldhauer (Occupational Therapist), Mrs. Julie Reeves (Physical-therapist), Ms. Lynne Sharpe (Program Specialist), Ms. Truie Gibson (Speech Pathologist), Mrs. Brooke Meyers (Speech Pathologist), Mrs. Tammie Alan (Vision Specialist), and all the wonderful autism program therapists/leads in this amazing field of special education.  Feel free to come visit our classroom...we would LOVE to have you!
