Welcome to 4th grade! I am very excited to have your child in my class this year! We are going to have a great year. Please allow me to share a little about myself. I have been teaching for 24 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Charleston Southern University and a Masters of Education in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. I am certified to teach the Gifted and Talented class. I have been married for 21 years to my husband, Terry. I have a beautiful daughter named Sarah whom I am very proud! She is a nursing major at USCA. I have taught all subjects in third, fourth, and fifth grades. This year, I will be teaching your child Reading and Languge Arts. My goal is to instill a love of learning and reading in each of my students. I love traveling, trivia, and learning new things. I look forward to a super year!
