My name is Cathy Matthews and I teach 8th grade South Carolina History.  This is my 15th year at KMS. I am a graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina where I majored in History and Political Science.  I grew up in Edgefield County and have lived in Aiken since 1987. As a native of South Carolina, I am passionate about our state's history. I am also fascinated by all areas of United States and World History. I hope I can share my passion for history with you!
