Ms. Marsha Peacock
Marsha Peacock has taught at Leavelle McCampbell Middle School for nineteen years. She is a graduate of Augusta State University with a B.S. in Biology. Her love of students drew her back to Augusta State to pursue a teaching certificate. Later, she obtained her gifted and talented certification at the University of South Carolina at Aiken.
Ms. Peacock plays an important role in the daily life of Leavelle. She currently serves on the 8th grade team, and is an 8th grade science and 8th grade advanced science teacher. She also actively serves as an Area III Mentor. At LMMS, she also serves on the Leadership team, and works on the School Improvement Council, and Science Fair committee.
When not in the classroom, Ms. Peacock takes an active role in the community. She serves as a volunteer for the Golden Harvest Food Bank, Lydia's Purse, and her local church. She also likes to spend time with her friends and family. Coco, her toy poodle, also occupies much of her time, attention, and heart!
