North Augusta Middle is excited to offer a variety of sports for our students.
Those sports include volleyball, football, cheerleading, and basketball. Students may also participate at the Junior Varsity level in baseball, soccer, track and field, swimming, wrestling, and softball through North Augusta High School. We maintain a high standard of excellence for our student athletes on the field, court, and classroom.
We are a school rich in tradition and we are consistently competitive in all sports.

Welcome to North Augusta Middle School! It’s great to be a Yellow Jacket! I have been teaching Health and Physical Education at NAMS for 14 years. This is my fourth year serving as the Athletic Director. In my time here, I have also worked as the Head Volleyball coach, as well as coaching JV Volleyball at NAHS.

2020-2021 Athletic Handbook
Parents and Students please review our 2020-2021 North Augusta Middle School Athletics Handbook and return the appropriate pages to your head coach or the NAMS Athletic Director. Student athletes are expected to exhibit leadership on and off the playing area. A signed copy of our Athletic Policy must be on file for each student athlete.

Sports Physical Form
Sports Physical: The health and safety of our student athletes is most important. All participants are required to have an annual sports physical by a certified medical professional. The physical must be dated after April 1, 2020

Concussion Information for Parents & Student-Athletes
Concussion Information: Concussions can lead to life-altering or life-threatening circumstances and its important to us that student athletes and their parent/guardian is aware of the risk of brain injury with contact sports and understands the evaluation procedures requiring medical evaluation for a suspected concussion.
