• Parent Chaperones and Volunteers


    If you would like to go on field trips during the school year or volunteer to help in your child's classroom, you will need to be on the approved chaperone list. If you were approved last year, you still need to complete and sign an application this year.

    Write a note to your child’s teacher or call the front desk and ask for an application to be sent home with your child.

    The deadline for submitting an application will be December 15. After your application has been approved, you will need to have a quick meeting with our guidance counselor, Mrs. Sanders (dsanders@acpsd.net). Volunteer training is conducted every Monday at 9:00 a.m.  and every 3rd and 4th Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
