I look forward to providing students with terrific life skills and learning about the restaurant industry. I have always worked in restaurants starting as a teenager in my parents restaurant. I have managed and cooked at various local restaurants in the CSRA. Also was the head catering chef in 1996 at Coca-Cola Olympic city, Giants Stadium, and Los Alamos National Labs. A good foundation in the industry is well rounded with front and back of the house experience.
