I am so excited to be a part of Belvedere Elementary! My husband and I moved to South Carolina from Virginia last year, where I taught in a special education classroom for 18 years. I graduated from Old Dominion University with a BS in Human Services Counseling and earned my Master's of Education degree from Regent University. I have two adult daughters who live in Virginia. We also have three older cats and three kittens that we rescued this summer. I love to go to the beach and spend time with family and friends.  I believe in building meaningful relationships with my students. If they know that you are invested in them and care, they will respond and blossom. I am excited about this first year at Belvedere Elementary.
