Name: Ma. Cristina Manzano

I am from the Pearl of the Orient of South East Asia, known as The Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education major in Physical Education, from a university in Manila , The Philippine Normal University.  Master's degree in Communication Disorder (units earned) and Special Education at University of the Visayas. I started teaching in 1993. I have worked in different Asian countries for 12 years (Thailand and Indonesia) where  I learned how to teach children that have different cultures and became a diverse educator. 

I have been an International teacher for Special Education at a multi-categorical level since 2021 at North Aiken Elementary School. My goal for every student is for them to become a life-long learner and to become an independent learner ready to deal with real- world challenges.
